Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
